Tryout Information
Texas Pride - Edwards is always looking for talented ball players who are serious about softball. If you would like to attend a practice or schedule a private, one-on-one tryout, contact head coach Scott Edwards at 972.672.4261 or via email at scott@texaspridefastpitch.com. All inquiries will be kept confidential.

Non-Roster Program
Texas Pride maintains a developmental program for non-roster players. This program is designed for dedicated players who would like to prepare for competitive softball and would like the opportunity to improve their skills by working out with a select ball club. Non-roster players do not participate in league or tournament games, but are invited to all practices and other team activities. Players are welcome to practice without commitment until they are satisfied with their skills or even make the full time roster. Tournament Pick-Up

The Texas Pride organization plays in many tournaments year round. Because it's often difficult for every individual to make every tournament all year, we always welcome the idea of picking up players to help out in tournaments. Texas Pride generally looks for seasoned select ball players who are willing to fill in at any position and are very strong offensive players. We would also consider strong experienced bracket pitchers. If you would like information on picking up with the Texas Pride at a future tournament, contact head coach Scott Edwards at scott@texaspridefastpitch.com.
